Frequently Asked Questions

How often do I receive service?
It’s your choice. We can service your yard once/week, twice/week or every other week.
Do you offer One-Time only Clean-up?
Sure! This is a great option if you are having a party, hosting a wedding or selling or buying a home. Special rates apply. Check them out on our rates page.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There are no long term contracts to sign. We will ask you to sign a general release prior to start of service. This gives us permission to be on your property and provides you with our basic policies for service.
How will I be billed?
We’ll either mail or drop off an invoice for the following month's service by the 20th of the month. Payment is due by the 1st day of the month to ensure service is not interrupted. All initial first time and one-time service must be paid at completion of service.
Do I have to be home when you service my yard?
We prefer to meet all customers prior to the first time we service you so we can get acquainted with your pets and discuss your specific needs. After that, it's your preference. In your absence, gates need to be unlocked so we can get into your yard. (We have zero hurdling ability!)
Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service it?
We’re dog lovers and meeting new dogs is a perk. As long as your dog is friendly and is okay with strangers, we love to have some company while we work. If not, we will ask you to keep him or her restrained while we are in their space.
Will you service my yard during all types of weather?
We work rain or shine. However, heavy, sustained downpours and snow of an inch or more will cause a delay in service till the following week. You will still pay for that week, since the following week’s service will require double the pick-up.
What do you do with the poop?
We double-bag the waste and and dispose of it in your trash receptacle. If you prefer we take if far away from your home, we will do that for a nominal charge.
How do you protect my dog from catching a disease from another dog?
We disinfect our shoes and our tools between yards to ensure we do not spread disease.
Do you offer deodorizer for my yard? No, we do not. We strive to be friendly to the environment (one of the many good reasons to scoop the poop). Adding any chemicals to your lawn, adds them to the environment. Therfore, we do not offer this service. However, we have noticed, once you remove the source of the odor (poop) the smell typically go away.
How does the litter box exchange program work?
We provde you with 2 new litter boxes filled with fresh litter. You use one and store the other. The morning of your scheduled exchange, place the used box and litter outside and place the back-up box for use. We'll take the used one away and exchange it with a clean, deodorized box filled with clean litter (your box, not someone elses). There is an initial set-up charge if you need additional litter boxes. Please call us do discuss the specifics.
How can I start up service?
It’s easy and can be done over the phone in most instances. We are gone throughout the day--servicing your neighbors—so please leave a message. We will return your call the same day to arrange your service.
If you have a question we have not addressed, please contact us directly to discuss one on one 856-665-6769. We’ll call you back as soon as our schedule allows.
