It’s your choice. We can service your yard once/week or twice/week–depending on where you reside.
Yes, we do. This is a great option if you are having a party, hosting a wedding or selling or buying a home. Special rates apply. Check them out on our rates page.
Our service is month to month. There are no long term contracts to sign. We will ask you to sign a general release prior to start of service. This gives us permission to be on your property and provides you with our basic policies for service. You may cancel or suspend service at any time.
We’ll either email or mail an invoice for the following month’s service on the 1st of the month. Payment is due by the 15th day of the month to ensure service is not interrupted. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. All initial first time and one-time service must be paid at completion of service.
We enjoy meeting our customers the first time we service your yard so we can get acquainted with your pets and discuss your specific needs. However, it’s not necessary. In your absence, gates need to be unlocked so we can get into your yard. (We have zero hurdling ability!)
We’re dog lovers and meeting new dogs is a perk. As long as your dog is friendly and is okay with strangers, we love to have some company while we work. If not, we will ask you to keep him or her restrained while we are in their space.
We work rain or shine. However, heavy, sustained downpours and snow of an inch or more will cause a delay in service till the following week. You will still pay for that week, since the following week’s service will require double the pick-up.
We double-bag the waste and and dispose of it in your trash receptacle. For an extra $2/service, we do offer haul away service.
We disinfect our shoes and our tools between yards to ensure we do not spread disease.
No, we do not. We strive to be friendly to the environment (one of the many good reasons to scoop the poop). Adding any chemicals to your lawn, adds them to the environment. Therefore, we do not offer this service. However, we have noticed, once you remove the source of the odor (poop) the smell typically goes away.
It’s easy and can be done over the phone in most instances. We are gone throughout the day–servicing your neighbor’s yards—so please leave a message. You can also visit the Contact page to submit your information. We will contact you the same day to arrange your service.
