Le Ann worked in management in Department store and Big Box retailers after a short time in direct mail marketing. When she left the corporate world to start All Dogs Poop, Inc. she was a Regional Human Resources Director with Macy’s Inc.
Julie spent her professional career in the hotel industry, working for Starwood properties such as Sheraton, The Westin and The Le Meridian as well as consulting with HEI Hotel and Resorts. Julie was a director of sales for a short time, with the bulk of her career as a Director of Revenue.
Both Le Ann and Julie value the importance of training and mentoring for success. Both have a belief that attitude is the key to success. Skills can be taught.
