*Initial Clean-up Charge

Applies to all new customers whose yards have excessive waste accumulation. The initial clean-up charge is $30 for the first 30 minutes and $15 for each additional 15 minutes. There is a $30 minimum. If there is little or no accumulated waste, the initial charge may be waived.



Discounts

We offer a 10% discount to the following:
  • Senior citizens (60+)
  • Owners of service dogs



    One Time Cleaning

    One Time Cleaning rates are $40 for the first 30 minutes. Each additional 15 minutes is charged at an additional $20/per. Total cost will depend on the amount of waste, size and overall condition of yard. There is a $40 minimum. Payment is due at time of service being rendered.



    Referral Program

    Receive a FREE week of service when you refer a new customer who completes a month of service. Must be signed up for weekly service to receive free week. One-time clean-ups do not apply.

    Rate & Payment Info:

    • Rates subject to change without notice
    • All  rates are based on avg. yard of 1/4 acre and may vary depending on size of yard and landscaping
    • Payment required prior to services being rendered
    • We accept cash, checks and money orders
    • We provide invoices for the following month's service by the 20th, with payment due by the 1st of the month
    • First time yard service will require that month's prepayment as well as any initial cleaning charge
